Shiba Inu recently released the Shiba Inu World Paper, also known as the SHIBPaper, which provides detailed insights into the entire Shiba Inu project. This includes its services, products, partners, platforms, and ecosystem tokens. The paper also introduces a novel concept known as the Shiba Inu state, which aims to introduce a layer of trust and structure that incorporates accountability, adaptability, and scalability.The Shiba Inu team also launched the Layer-2 scalability solution Shibarium last week, however, it faced major technical glitches within the first 24 hours of launch. Lead developer Shytoshi Kusama assured the community that the funds were safe and hinted at the relaunch of the Shibarium network. To prevent the repetition of past incidents, the team has implemented enhanced safety protocols, such as a sophisticated monitoring system, rate limiting at the RPC level, and automatic server reset.
