In january i tried to stake my DOTs but accidentaly i send it as a FUND
So i wrote a mail at Polkadot Support and get instant help.
Luckily i picked a validator that verified their identity on chain, so all their contact details registered under their address. I wrote Capitalzug a mail and they send me back my DOTs within 1 week.
That was a great experience and my trust in this project has been increased!

At the moment I’m primarily on BSC, if anyone is interested I can recommend beefy.finance as yield aggregator: https://beefy.finance/
One of the most established projects on BSC, legit and helpful team. They even have something like an emergency switch, if anything with a vault isn’t working properly or an issue was detected, they remove all funds and keep them safe. They also provide a revoking service for BSC allowances: https://allowance.beefy.finance/
Their own token is also a great investment in my opinion, great tokenomics and undervalued (They also managed to get on Binance Launchpad) 🙂
